40 MHz Real-time Analysis Bandwidth
The real-time engine captures transient, burst and frequency-hopping signals across up to 40 MHz bandwidth with density, spectrogram, PvT and multi-view displays.
7.20 μs 100% Probability of Intercept
The analyzer is positioned for gap-free capture of short events down to 7.20 μs at 100% POI, which is the key reason to choose the X-R version over a basic swept-only analyzer.
−165 dBm/Hz DANL and Standard Preamplifier
Low displayed average noise level with preamplifier support helps reveal weak carriers, spurs and interference close to the measurement floor.
VNA and Distance-to-Fault Functions Standard
SIGLENT lists vector network analysis and distance-to-fault functions as included, supporting S11/S21, VSWR, return loss and cable/antenna fault location workflows.
EMI and Modulation Analysis Options
Optional EMI pre-compliance and modulation-analysis capabilities support CISPR-style scans, AM/FM analysis and vector modulation checks when those licenses are required.
